Who Is Trek?

Trek is organized by evangelical Christians from various churches in Cache Valley, Ut, who love their neighbors and want to help those struggling with religion to know that there is hope of finding worthiness now in Christ. We find that many are tempted to give up in their pursuit of God believing that they will never be worthy enough to enjoy his love and acceptance.

Trek is not a local church and our purpose is not to get anyone to come to our church. This is not to say that we do not believe that a relationship with a bible teaching church is not important, but that what is of critical importance that we have a relationship with God.

Trek seeks to reveal God's love for those who place their hope in His righteousness rather than their own.

God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation. (Romans 5:8-9 )

Furthermore, Trek helps you discover how Heavenly Father not only shows you the way, in Christ he has made you worthy and promises you salvation now

giving thanks to the Father, who has made you worthy to share in the inheritance of the saints in the light. (Colossians 1:12)
For God says, “At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.” Indeed, the “right time” is now. Today is the day of salvation. (2 Corinthians 6:2)

What is Trek

Trek is a journey discovering how the biblical Christ always leads to complete worthiness. Trek is a free four-week class for those who are wanting to learn about biblical Christianity. Its purpose is to help people understand the spiritual and intellectual basis for believing in Jesus Christ. Trek is a journey that is best to not be taken alone but with others who are seeking the same answers. Trek seeks to provide a place to consider the most important journey a person can ever take - to follow the one true Christ of the Bible.

To leave one's native land, family and religion is not a decision that a person should make lightly. The purpose of Trek is to help those who have felt unable to satisfy the demands of Mormonism and long to realize the hope of being Finally Worthy. This is the destination that all hope to arrive at - FINALLY WORTHY. World systems tell us that the path that we must take is to "do and try harder." But having done this we are left with only a greater burden. Trek will show how Christ has bore the burden for us and declared all who have place their faith in him alone worthy.

You become worthy of grace (a suitable beneficiary of grace) when you see your need for grace, and when you embrace the infinite value of the Gracious One. No one is worthy of the Love of God. He made us worthy when he put his son on the cross, when he put our sins and their penalties upon Jesus, and when he took the righteousness of Christ and put it on us.
